1. Job schedule – New view of the Jobs in Gantt chart style

We have delivered a new view of Jobs in Gantt chart style. It makes your work and planning the Jobs much easier. You will have the option to display the Jobs scheduled over time to maximize the working time available for all of the Jobs.

2. Option to create a Purchase Invoice straight from Purchase Order

We have added a new option for working with Purchase Orders. You can now create a Purchase Invoice straight from Purchase Order in just a few clicks. After being set up, details of the order will be automatically filled in, and you will not need to enter them again.

3. Absences – Home office does not create a time slot of absence

The time an employee spends working from a home office will not create a time slot absence anymore. The time capacity of your employee working from a home office is not reduced.

4. Option to restrict access to Teamogy only from whitelisted IP addresses

You have now the option to create a list of IP addresses from which Teamogy will be available. So for example, only from the office and the corporate Internet, or after connecting to the corporate VPN.

1. Guide – Online guide through the basic functions of Teamogy

We have added an online guide that will help you go through the basic functions of Teamogy. You will find a Teamogy guide in the Help icon, where you can see the option to guide actual screen.

2. Job – There is a Start Date and End Date of the Job instead of a Deadline of the Job

We have changed the fields in the Job. Instead of Deadline of the Job, you can see a Start Date and End Date of the Job.

In the Gantt view (Job schedule and Task schedule), the column with the Job/Task name remains frozen during horizontal scrolling.

We have added a new breadcrumb in the List of Colleagues to view a desired specific team.

5. Purchase Proforma Invoice – Option to create Invoices straight from the Purchase proforma invoice

You now have the option to create a Purchase invoice or a Purchase pre-payment invoice straight from Purchase Proforma invoice.

6. Teamogy Chat – The number of unread messages is displayed when you are scrolling

Teamogy Chat displays you the number of unread messages that are not visible when you are scrolling.

7. Attachments – We have changed the limit of the size of an attachment

The new Default for the attachment limit is set to 100MB, based on an individual request, we can decrease or increase this limit.

8. Card transactions – Status marked as Paid as a Default

Newly created card transactions in Cashbox have a default status – Paid.

9. Cloning Sales Invoices – New cloned Sales Invoices contain automatically updated dates

There is a change in Sales Invoices cloning. New cloned Sales Invoices will have automatically updated dates.

10. Cloning Cash documents – New cloned Cash Documents contain automatically updated dates

New cloned Cash documents in Cashbox will have automatically updated dates.

11. Security improvements – Client overheads and Internal overheads

Option to create a new Client overhead will be possible only for these groups members: “Management”, “Finance”, “Finance supervisor”, “Accountant” or “Supervisor”.
