Implementation of the system is a big step and hard task. It is important to choose the best person or team for it. In this chapter we will share with you some good tips and advises, who should be your best Teamogy Onboarding manager

Onboarding manager nominee
– Teamogy will be the core system used in company. Experienced person who’s mainly ambition is to have simple streamlined and transparently running company should be the partner from client side
– Teamogy love to cooperate with CEO’s, MD’s CFO’s or any other top managers in the company
note: The more people from the company will be involved the more opinions and various approach will affect the implementation. Just consider that and choose the one, or the team who is able to decide well for your business

Duties and responsibilities of Onboarding manager
Basic setup of system needs to be done before the other team members will join
– Upload logo and set up the printouts
– Create all users of Teamogy
– Prepare list of companies (clients & brands) to be imported (optional)
– Set up financial part (Numbering sequence of invoices)
– Who will do what in system, who is whom supervisor, who will see what (access rights)
– Decide what advanced features will be implemented (Approvals, Dimensions,..)
Onboarding manager will allways be one step ahead with the knowledge about how to use Teamogy. So is able to share this knowledge with others in the team. Basic training for all users is simple but important
All common training sessions are ready in section of Training, so Onboarding manager is able to first study and than share the knowledge within the team
Self training of users using our Teamogy manuals & guides or face to face training with Teamogy master is possible. System is easy to understand, so it will be smooth
Onboarding manager should supervise at least at the very beginning that people are using Teamogy well and basic entries are created constantly. Activities are becomming into habits usually after 21 days, so in this period is necessary to mainly check:
Jobs are opened for every single new project, activity for clients
Time is tracked on a daily basis by almost everyone in the team
Quotations are created in the documents module
3rd party costs are entered into Teamogy
Clients are billed based on data or directly from Teamogy
Tasks are distributed for all kind of requests coming from clients or from agency itself
Onboarding manager should be mastering Teamogy and should be able to answer various questions from colleagues. Anytime is possible to use Teamogy consultants to have a helping hand with any kind of request or needs.
