Teamogy Billing Process
The billing process for the use of Teamogy and related services is fully automated. And it works as follows.
Proforma invoice
On the 7th day of each month, a proforma invoice is automatically generated and sent to the client. This proforma invoice provides a preview of the billing for the current period based on the chosen pricing program. For clients with a prepaid Teamogy account, a differential invoice is issued to cover any differences, such as an increased number of users, or for services that are billed on a monthly basis. Even a proforma invoice with a zero value is issued, ensuring clients receive a consistent monthly summary of the services utilized.
Final invoice
On the 14th day of the month, the proforma invoice is settled, and the amount is automatically deducted from the provided payment card. Subsequently, a final invoice is issued. If no payment card is provided (or if the payment card payment fails), the final invoice will be sent for payment via bank transfer, including an additional fee of 20 EUR for manual processing. This invoice comes with a 7-day payment term. The final invoice, just like the proforma invoice, is generated and sent even with a zero value, to maintain regularity and transparency in billing.
Annual Subscription and Differential Invoice
If a client opts for an annual subscription of users at a discounted price, they prepay for a specified number of users for 12 months. The month in which the subscription is made is called the payment anniversary. Every year in this month (unless the client chooses a different payment period), a proforma invoice and subsequently a final invoice will be issued again for the next 12 months for the specified number of users. All other services (except for prepaid users) are billed monthly.
In the case of an annual subscription, a proforma invoice and subsequently a billing invoice according to the above-mentioned rules – known as a differential invoice – are issued to the client every month. The differential invoice includes any users beyond the number already prepaid (if there are any – then they are billed according to the current price list and selected pricing program), a fee for legal entities (billed monthly), and possibly fees for other services that the client uses (see the respective pricing program for details).
