Preparation of training environment and training room
After the teams and the training have been agreed, we need to send information to the Client about what must be prepared for the training and what each user should bring:
Hello,
great that we agreed on the training schedule. Because we have first training soon I would like to be sure that we are ready and we can rely on following support from your side:
- we need meeting room to be reserved for all training sessions
- meeting room should be equiped with Big screen or projector
- we will really appreciate enough plugs for electricity and stable wifi or cable connection
- we will appreciate if fresh water is available for your people
Everyone will bring his own laptop if it is possible, so the training will be interactive.
The great will be if all users will be at least logged into Teamogy before they will arrive to training, so we will not waste time, so we can agree when we can invite users into Teamogy.
Client service should bring to training
- laptop and mobile (for verification sms)
- sample of real job what they are currently doing also with the related cost estimate
Everyone will create his own Client and job during training session, so it will help people to see their own record in Teamogy.
Creative (Realisation) guys should bring to training
- laptop if they have
Finance team should bring to training
- some examples of real supplier invoices or cashbox documents if possible
We will prepare DEMO environment to be ready for training session. After training we can swith users to the real environment.
