Jakub talked to Libor about the projects that are the most common and typical for their agency and also about the role of Teamogy in the daily operation of the agency.
Libor: What are the most common projects you deal with as an advertising agency? Do you specialize in anything in particular?
Jakub: Although we are primarily a strategic-creative agency, we are still a full-service advertising agency. We can not only build a brand and set up the right communication strategy, but also provide partial realizations within the entire project, whether in the online environment or the production of offline presentation materials, produce the event, deliver quality text, photo or video content and wrap everything in nice graphics.
Jakub: We take great pleasure in working on brand setup and follow-up creative campaigns. The basics of this are then translated into the work of other colleagues, for example in the creation of valuable content in the form of magazines and blogs or creative management of clients’ social networks.
Libor: Can you tell us more about some of the projects you are proud of?
Jakub: This year we are witnessing a major change in the largest Czech IT group, which is part of the portfolio of Karel Komárek’s KKCG. The group is undergoing a transformation in which several individual companies and brands are becoming one team and brand called Aricoma. We are writing the brand story, drawing the visual communication style, working on the website, rebranding everything that is needed, and in addition to this, we have been filling the blog with content for a long time and producing the print magazine Elita, which was voted the best B2B magazine in the Czech Republic in the Phoenix Content Marketing competition in 2021.
Next to it on our shelf is the gold Effie award for the most effective campaign in the field of public administration. Specifically for the #brnotruestory destination campaign, which was completely different in its tourism segment and we produced it for 17 countries around the world.
Jakub: For many years we have used the AIO system in our agency, which was developed by the same team as Teamogy. Years of experience with what the agency needs have been transferred from the AIO system to the mentioned Teamogy system. It was also a logical choice for us because the basic structure came from AIO and so the whole team was quite natural and comfortable. At the same time, Teamogy brought us a fully functional mobile version, several new features, overall faster administration and, for example, more convenient communication with the system support, which is also in Czech, which part of the team definitely appreciates.
Libor: What is different in the company since using Teamogy?
Jakub: The implementation of Teamogy was a good opportunity for us to re-set the levels of roles, access and authority, for example, when approving financial documents. It was also an impetus to digitalize some processes, such as the approval of financial advances and cashiering operations, which used to be paper-based and now everything is online.
However, the day-to-day change is that the whole team is working more flexibly, which of course adds value for the client as they can get the outputs more quickly. It’s also much more convenient for team members. Account managers don’t have to pull out a notebook on the go if they just need to check the status of their tasks or download a just-completed deliverable. They can check everything on their mobile.
Similarly, if you’re sitting at lunch with the founder and majority owner of an agency and talking about the latest economic results, a quick glance at your phone screen is all it takes.
Jakub: The whole team. From the back office, which processes supplier invoices, to the accounting department, which of course continues to work with invoices, but also internal expenses, the sales team to manage orders, budgets and tasks, which are then followed by teams of graphic designers, creatives, production, content or online, to the management, which monitors the status of orders, statements of work and overall results. We all use Teamogy to keep track of attendance, holidays, or as a quick information signpost as we have current currency rates, contacts to our IT helpdesk, a link to book meeting rooms or a basic know how library on the dashboard.
Jakub: It is this greater operability and speed thanks to a responsive solution that allows us to handle individual requests on the go, simply, quickly, with a few clicks on the phone. At the same time, the overall system runs more flexibly and quickly than its predecessor AIO. This is most evident, for example, when we search for a specific order, task or invoice in hundreds of records.
Jakub: Advertising is our passion. We’re not afraid to be bold and we’re prepared to fight to the death for good creative and meaningful strategy. We are able to transform approaches to communication from the ground up, and we have the in-house know-how, extensive experience, industry awards and results to do it. We’re tired of haphazard creative that goes nowhere and doesn’t move the brand. We can bring the big idea to our clients, but arrange and oversee the last detail in the implementation. We want to create long-term strategic partnerships and go for a common goal. So if someone feels the same way, we’re always happy to meet them at the same table.
Libor: Jakub, thank you for the interesting interview and I wish you a continued interesting and long-term cooperation with your clients. And I believe that Teamogy will be a good help for you and your whole team in your professional daily work.
