Present the job flow to the participants to understand Teamogy as a whole. 
Everyone needs to understand that Teamogy serves the whole company and everybody has an important role in it.

First login to system

Guide people how they can login to system. Explain 2 factor authentification and what to do in case they forget their password.

Show people how to adjust Teamogy – upload picture, change theme, adjust font size. It’s important that people feel comfortable and familiar with the system.

Explain briefly main parts of the system in let sidebar (Dashboard, In Process, Documents, …) so people get familiar with the scope of Teamogy.
